This booking detail was shown to the operator, however they refused to allow us the use of a dry bag unless we paid extra. When politely challenged on this, they were adamant that it was our problem and not theirs. This was rude and poor customer service, and with no responsibility for their own business issues, and all for a relatively small sum of money. Not a good experience, and very unnecessary”
